Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed with its beautiful tropical ambiance and convenient location. The rooms were nice but could’ve been a little more up to par considering the price. The staff was friendly enough, but they weren't very helpful when I needed assistance. Overall, it’s a decent spot, especially if you appreciate a good pool area and atmosphere.
I had a great stay at the hotel, which was very family-friendly with rooms that were clean and modern. The pool area was absolutely stunning and had a nice tiki bar nearby, which made for a lovely tropical atmosphere. On the downside, while the staff was generally friendly, I had an unfortunate experience regarding temperature complaints in my room. Additionally, the dining options were a bit pricey and didn't include some basics like juice and coffee, which felt a little over the top.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was decent but not ideal for those wanting to be right by the beach. My room was a bit damp and not as quiet as I hoped, as it was next to the housekeeping area. The service was great at check-in, and Annette at the front desk was fantastic, but it felt inconsistent during my stay. Overall, it provided some value for the price, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Duval Street, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the action. However, the rooms weren’t ready upon arrival, which was frustrating. The service was very attentive, and there were great pool amenities, but the dining experience could definitely use improvement. Overall, I found the value for money to be acceptable, but there were areas that needed attention.
I had a nice stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located only about 5 minutes from downtown Key West. The rooms were smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable, with a lovely decor. The staff was friendly but could have been more helpful with local recommendations. Overall, it was a good value for money, though the dining options left something to be desired.
The hotel has a nice vibe, being around 2-3 miles from Duval Street, so you can enjoy a quiet stay but still be close to the action. I found the rooms to be a bit cramped and not as clean as I would have liked, with dirty floors that turned my socks brown. While the service was exceptional, the dining options left much to be desired considering the price I paid, which was close to $500.00 per night without food included.
I enjoyed my stay at Havana Cabana! While the rooms had a moldy smell and it took quite some time to get a hot shower, the overall size of the room was decent and came with a sofa/bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few inconveniences like dirt falling from palm trees while we were relaxing near the pool. The location was pleasant, with a nice pool area, though it was a bit far from Old Town. Overall, it was a relaxing experience for the price.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a short ride to Duval Street and close to restaurants and grocery stores. However, the breakfast offerings were quite limited and the parking situation could have been better. Overall, it was a decent stay but could use some improvements in a few areas.
The hotel is situated in a vibrant area, offering a charming atmosphere but lacking in cleanliness. The rooms were a mixed bag; while mine was clean and had a lovely patio, others were not so welcoming. Service varied significantly, with some staff being quite helpful while others were less friendly. Dining was convenient but came with some steep prices, particularly for basic items. Overall, it has great potential, but improvements are definitely needed.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was friendly and the location was great for accessing downtown, I found the rooms to be overpriced for what they offered. The dining options were subpar, with a food truck that wasn’t worth it. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I wouldn't say it was great value for money.
